At SAS Shoes, we stand behind our handcrafted quality and want to ensure you find your perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn footwear within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original SAS shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
